Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 10 ounces canned tuna in water, drained

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Vegetables

  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced

Condiments & Herbs

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Drain the tuna completely.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add tuna and break into chunks, then combine with dressing.
  • Stir in diced celery, minced red onion, and dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve chilled.
