cream cheese, softened

fresh spinach, chopped or whole

cheddar cheese, freshly shredded (Divided: ½ cup mixed in, ½ cup for topping)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
Mix cooked turkey with cream cheese, spinach, half of the cheddar, egg, garlic powder, salt, and peppers.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar (or mozzarella), and optional bell peppers and Greek yogurt.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
