A delicious and protein-packed chicken Caesar wrap perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; drizzle with olive oil.
  • Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked; rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  • Spread Caesar dressing on tortillas, add lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan.
  • Fold and roll tortillas into wraps; slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of hot sauce.
