Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract, salt, and whisk in protein powder until smooth. Add a splash of milk or water if needed.
Rinse berries, pat dry, and slice strawberries. Toss tart berries with honey and cinnamon if desired.
Layer a third of the yogurt in a glass, add berries, then granola. Repeat layers until full.
Finish with a dollop of yogurt, extra berries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Add lemon zest for brightness.
