A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring tender steak, roasted potatoes, and green beans, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

steak (sirloin or flank)

baby potatoes (halved)

green beans (trimmed)

olive oil (divided)

garlic powder

dried thyme
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
Rub steak with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add green beans to the pan.
Push potatoes aside, add steak and green beans. Roast for 10–12 minutes until desired doneness.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with veggies.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to check steak doneness for best results.
