Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb flank or skirt steak (also works with sirloin)

Oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Juice

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions 

  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  • Remove steak and let rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Mix lime juice with remaining olive oil and season as desired.
  • Assemble the bowl with sliced steak and drizzle with lime dressing.
