Ingredients

flank or skirt steak
(also works with sirloin)
Oil

olive oil
Juice

lime juice
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Remove steak and let rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
Mix lime juice with remaining olive oil and season as desired.
Assemble the bowl with sliced steak and drizzle with lime dressing.
