Dressing & Flavorings

Plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
Make the ranch dressing by shaking all dressing ingredients in a jar until emulsified.
Marinate the chicken with about 1/3 of the dressing for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the chicken in a heated tablespoon of olive oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the salad by combining greens, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and corn in a large bowl. Drizzle with remaining dressing and toss.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a thinner dressing, add more water as needed.
