Vanilla greek yogurt
Instructions
Whisk Greek yogurt and milk; let rest 5 minutes.
Melt butter; set aside to cool.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Combine wet ingredients, whisk in melted butter, then gently mix into dry ingredients. Rest batter.
Cook pancakes on a preheated skillet until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with toppings.
