Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onion until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic, jalapeño, bell pepper, spices, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in pumpkin puree, tomatoes, beans, and broth; bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasonings; serve topped with yogurt, green onion, and cilantro.
