Instructions
Cut mangoes and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Dice red capsicum, cucumber, and red onions. Chop coriander and combine all in a bowl.
Juice lime over the salad, season with salt and red chilli flakes. Drizzle olive oil and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
