A vibrant and refreshing salad combining sweet mango, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables, perfect for a healthy snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces Mango (chopped)
  • 2 pieces Avocado (chopped)

Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Red capsicum peppers (chopped)
  • 1 piece Red onions (chopped)
  • 1 piece Cucumber (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Coriander (chopped)
  • 1 piece Lime (juiced)
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • a drizzle Olive oil

Instructions 

  • Cut mangoes and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Dice red capsicum, cucumber, and red onions. Chop coriander and combine all in a bowl.
  • Juice lime over the salad, season with salt and red chilli flakes. Drizzle olive oil and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
