These nutritious frozen yogurt granola bars are easy to make and perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
Granola Base

old fashioned rolled oats
(gluten-free if needed)

nut butter
(almond or peanut butter)

maple syrup or honey

pure vanilla extract

Yogurt Layer

vanilla yogurt or skyr
(e.g., Siggi's Vanilla Skyr)

(cut in half, optional)
Instructions
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix all granola base ingredients in a large bowl, press firmly into the dish, and refrigerate briefly if needed.
Spread yogurt evenly over the pressed granola base and smooth the surface.
Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, then freeze for at least 2 hours.
Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
