Liquid

  • 1 cup milk (unsweetened almond milk)

Solid

  • 1 large banana (frozen and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

For a creamier texture, add ice and blend again.
