Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (cooked and sliced)

Vegetables and Dairy

  • 3 cups lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (diced)
  • 1 large avocado (diced)
  • 3 cups yellow sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 large burrito-sized tortillas

Instructions 

  • Season cooked chicken with salt and pepper, then slice into strips.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, spread sour cream, then layer lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and cheese.
  • Fold the bottom edge up, then fold in sides and roll tightly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, grill wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes, then flip and grill another 2-3 minutes until golden.
  • Serve immediately while warm, optionally with extra sour cream or salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime or fresh herbs.
