Wrap

whole wheat tortilla (10 inch)

boneless, skinless chicken breast
(grilled and sliced)

Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; grill and slice.
Microwave tortilla for 15 seconds to soften.
Spread Greek yogurt or hummus over tortilla.
Layer chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion in the center.
Fold sides and roll tightly from bottom.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
