Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (your choice!)

Coconut Milk

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (or low fat works great!)

Sweetener

  • 2-3 tablespoons real maple syrup (agave nectar or honey works too!)

Instructions 

  • Add the berries, coconut milk, and maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy your healthy berry coconut popsicles!

Notes

Use ripe berries for the best flavor.
