frozen mixed berries
(your choice!)
Coconut Milk

full fat coconut milk
(or low fat works great!)
Sweetener
2-3
tablespoons
real maple syrup
(agave nectar or honey works too!)
Instructions
Add the berries, coconut milk, and maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
