Instructions
Slice chicken breasts, season with salt, herbs, spices, and olive oil; set aside.
Cook chicken in air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway; rest and slice into strips.
Preheat oven to 400°F, bake chicken on greased tray for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway; rest and slice.
Blend yogurt, cilantro, garlic, and salt to make cilantro sauce; chill if desired.
Mix avocado, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and salt to prepare salsa; set aside.
Assemble tacos with chicken, salsa, cilantro sauce, and hot sauce as desired.
Notes
Using an air fryer or oven gives a healthier, crispy result. Adjust spice levels to taste.
