Ingredients
Crust

avocado flesh
(about 4-5 medium avocados)

(scant ½ cup lime juice)

maple syrup

Instructions
Combine pecans, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and dates in a food processor to form the crust.
Press the crust mixture into a springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Blend avocado, coconut cream, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, and coconut oil until smooth.
Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with lime zest before serving.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the best creaminess and flavor.
