Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium apples (peeled and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Dairy

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grains

  • ½ cup rolled oats

Instructions 

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, add apples, cinnamon, and honey. Cook for 6-8 minutes until soft.
  • Remove apples and let cool slightly. Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.
  • Toast oats in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  • Layer yogurt, warm apples, and oats in glasses or bowls. Repeat layers and top with apples.
