Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Add chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the rice and prep all toppings: slice bell pepper, shred carrots, chop pineapple, edamame, cabbage, and green onions.
Grill or cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, then slice.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and pineapple juice in a small saucepan. Cook until thickened.
Assemble the bowls with rice, chicken, pineapple, vegetables, and drizzle with sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Feel free to customize toppings based on preference.
