Instructions
Prepare toppings and have them ready for assembly.
Brown the turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces.
Add taco seasoning, onion, garlic, bell pepper, water, and tomato sauce. Stir, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Char tortillas over flame for 30 seconds each or heat shells as directed. Divide meat, top with cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and optional toppings.
Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings and adjust seasoning to taste.
