A hearty and cheesy casserole combining ground beef, rice, and flavorful seasonings, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1.5 lbs Ground beef (Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.)
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (Can substitute with cream of chicken if desired.)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups White rice, cooked (Ensure rice is fully cooked.)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese (Feel free to add more for a cheesier casserole.)
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground beef with garlic and onion powder until browned.
  • Mix cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and pour milk over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and low-sodium soup.
