Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat.
Slice vegetables thinly, toss with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Grill vegetables until tender and grill marks appear.
Spread hummus on tortillas, layer grilled vegetables, then roll up.
Grill wraps seam side down for 3-5 minutes until warmed and grill marks form.
Remove, cool briefly, then slice in half to serve.
