Instructions
Preheat the grill and lightly oil the peaches.
Grill peaches until charred and tender, then slice.
Whisk together basil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and olive oil to make the vinaigrette.
Assemble greens, grilled peaches, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and pistachios in a bowl.
Drizzle with basil vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
