A delicious summer-inspired flatbread topped with grilled peaches, melted mozzarella, fresh basil, and drizzled with spicy hot honey.

Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt butter then whisk in honey, garlic, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce; simmer and keep warm.
Preheat grill to 400°F. Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down 3-5 minutes until caramelized. Slice peaches thinly.
Arrange mozzarella on flatbreads, season with salt and pepper, then grill at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until melted and charred.
Top flatbreads with grilled peach slices, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with basil. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
