A delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken wrap perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 650 g chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, sliced into cutlets)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (if frying)

Wraps

  • 4 pieces flour tortilla wraps

Lettuce

  • 4 leaves large iceberg lettuce leaves

Cheese

  • 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with spices.
  • Cook chicken in a pan or grill until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then chop.
  • Assemble wraps with lettuce, chicken, cheese, and ranch.
  • Grill wraps briefly to seal, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or hot sauce.
