A quick and healthy bedtime smoothie that transforms into a convenient morning treat with frozen berry cubes.

Ingredients

Fruits and Yogurt

  • 1 cup California Giant berries, stems removed, frozen
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 piece Medjool date, pit removed

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  • In the morning, pop the berry cubes into a travel mug and enjoy.

Notes

Using a silicone tray makes removing the frozen cubes easier.
