Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
Make the crumble: Mix almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cut in cold butter until coarse. Stir in pecans and refrigerate.
Prepare the batter: Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix in pumpkin, orange zest, extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Sift in potato starch, add almond flour, salt, baking powder. Mix and pour into pan. Top with crumble.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before slicing.
