A flavorful and fresh chicken flatbread recipe featuring lemon, herbs, and a tangy salad topping.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix garlic, dill, mustard, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Cut chicken into 3cm chunks, toss with marinade, thread onto skewers, and roast for 15-20 mins. Grill until charred.
Quarter radishes, chop cucumber, and toss with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Crumble feta and add to salad.
Reheat flatbreads, assemble with chicken, salad, dill, and a dollop of yoghurt.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
