Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix rice, chicken stock, garlic, butter, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a greased 9×13 dish.
Layer cooked chicken on top, then sprinkle cheeses.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add extra cheese or herbs for more flavor.
