A flavorful baked casserole combining creamy rice, tender chicken, garlic, and cheeses for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Rice and Seasonings

  • 2 bags Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice or Herb & Butter Rice
  • 3.5 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 2/3 cup white grape juice
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix rice, chicken stock, garlic, butter, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a greased 9×13 dish.
  • Layer cooked chicken on top, then sprinkle cheeses.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add extra cheese or herbs for more flavor.
