4cupsfresh crusty bread, cut into bite-sized cubes(French or Italian bread recommended)
0.5cupunsalted butter, melted
3clovesgarlic, finely minced
0.5cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
0.5teaspoonsalt
0.25teaspoonblack pepper
2tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cut bread into bite-sized cubes. Melt butter and mix with garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Toss bread cubes with garlic parmesan butter until evenly coated.
Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Use day-old bread for better shape retention during baking.
