Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce sweet potato and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
Slice open baked sweet potato, add butter, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create spice blend.
Coat chicken with olive oil and spice mixture.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Add olive oil and asparagus to the same pan, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
