A quick and flavorful skillet dish combining ground turkey and asparagus in a garlic butter sauce, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

Vegetables

asparagus
(ends trimmed and chopped into 1-inch pieces)

olive oil

unsalted butter
(1/2 stick)
Flavorings & Seasonings

garlic, minced

onion powder

Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon slices
(for garnish)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Add half of the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
Add asparagus, cook until barely tender, then add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Remove to a plate.
Add butter and remaining oil, cook turkey until no longer pink, then add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant.
Push turkey to one side, add asparagus to the other, spoon sauce over asparagus, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon slices.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
