Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

Pasta

  • 1 lb pasta such as fettuccine or linguine

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Butter

  • 0.5 cup butter

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Cheese

  • optional Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add beef slices, cook until browned, then season with salt and pepper.
