Instructions
Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender, then reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and paprika until browned; remove excess fat.
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), red pepper flakes, and broth or pasta water; simmer briefly.
Combine noodles with sauce, toss to coat, garnish with parsley or green onions, and sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or a squeeze of lime before serving.
