A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, garlic butter sauce, and noodles for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 12 ounces noodles (spaghetti, egg noodles, or linguine)
  • 1 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) (optional but recommended)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) (optional)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or pasta water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or green onions, chopped

Grated Parmesan (optional for serving)

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender, then reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
  • Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and paprika until browned; remove excess fat.
  • Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), red pepper flakes, and broth or pasta water; simmer briefly.
  • Combine noodles with sauce, toss to coat, garnish with parsley or green onions, and sprinkle Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or a squeeze of lime before serving.
