Instructions
Cook rice in beef broth until tender, then set aside.
Brown ground beef with diced onion; add garlic near end of cooking.
Stir in butter, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
Mix cooked rice into beef mixture, then top with cheddar and Parmesan; stir until melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the rice slightly before cooking.
