Enjoy these healthy, portable frozen yogurt granola cups packed with fresh berries and wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup Natural almond butter
  • 0.75 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon

Yogurt and berries

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
  • 1 cup Mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until a sticky dough forms.
  • Line 12 muffin liners in a tin and evenly press the granola mixture into each liner.
  • Top each granola base with about 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and press berries into the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle remaining granola crumbles on top and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove from freezer and let sit for 3-5 minutes before peeling off liners and serving.

Notes

Use ripe berries for the best flavor and consider adding a drizzle of honey before freezing for extra sweetness.
