Enjoy these refreshing and healthy frozen yogurt bites packed with berries and optional crunchy toppings.
Ingredients
Dairy

plain Greek yogurt or vanilla, unsweetened

tablespoons
honey or maple syrup (optional)

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Fruits

cup
mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chopped if large)
Optional Toppings

granola or chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in berries and granola or nuts if using.
Spoon mixture into silicone mini muffin cups or spread in a parchment-lined dish.
Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
Pop out of molds or cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
