Enjoy these refreshing and healthy frozen yogurt bites packed with berries and optional crunchy toppings.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruits

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chopped if large)

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in berries and granola or nuts if using.
  • Spoon mixture into silicone mini muffin cups or spread in a parchment-lined dish.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Pop out of molds or cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
