Enjoy these refreshing and healthy frozen mango yogurt bars, perfect for a quick treat or snack.

  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 0.25 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Pistachios and Almonds Crushed

Instructions 

  • Puree the mango, then set aside 1 cup of the puree.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper and blend the mango puree, yogurt, cardamom, and sugar until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, tap to level, sprinkle crushed nuts on top, and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Cut into your desired shapes and freeze again or store in Ziploc bags.

Notes

Use fresh mango for best flavor and ensure the mixture is well blended for a smooth texture.
