Enjoy these refreshing and healthy frozen mango yogurt bars, perfect for a quick treat or snack.

Instructions
Puree the mango, then set aside 1 cup of the puree.
Line a pan with parchment paper and blend the mango puree, yogurt, cardamom, and sugar until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, tap to level, sprinkle crushed nuts on top, and freeze for 3 hours.
Cut into your desired shapes and freeze again or store in Ziploc bags.
