1cupwhole almonds, roughly chopped
½cuppumpkin seeds
1cuppacked pitted Medjool dates
⅓cupmaple syrup
¼cupcreamy almond butter or peanut butter
¼teaspoonsalt

½cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Toast oats, almonds, and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet for 12 minutes, then transfer to a bowl.
Chop dates in a food processor until roughly paste-like; add to the bowl.
Warm maple syrup, almond butter, and salt; pour over mixture and add dried cranberries. Mix well.
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment, press mixture in, and freeze for 20 minutes.
Cut into 16 bars and store in an airtight container or freeze for longer storage.
