Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook ground turkey until browned (5-7 min).
Add onion and garlic; sauté 2-3 min until translucent.
Add bell pepper, carrots, zucchini; cook 5 min until softened.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, corn; add spices and seasonings.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to boil, then simmer 30-40 min.
