Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece pineapple (prepared and cut into small chunks)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 4 pieces kiwis (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 4 pieces mandarin oranges (peeled and divided)
  • 1 pint strawberries (thinly sliced)
  • 1 piece banana (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium lime (juice of)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions 

  • Prepare the fruit and add everything to a large serving bowl.
  • Mix lime juice and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best flavor.
