A deliciously creamy no-bake pie featuring the rich flavor of Lotus Biscoff biscuits, perfect for a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter

Filling

  • 200 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread

Instructions 

  • Crush the Biscoff biscuits and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into a pie dish and chill.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and Biscoff spread. Mix well.
  • Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the pie thoroughly before serving.
