This creamy and crunchy no-bake pie features the irresistible flavor of Lotus Biscoff cookies, perfect for a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter

Filling

  • 200 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup Lotus Biscoff

Instructions 

  • Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
  • Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Chop the Lotus Biscoff cookies and fold into the filling. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

For best results, chill the pie thoroughly before serving.
