Instructions
Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Whip the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Chop the Lotus Biscoff cookies and fold into the filling. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
