A simple and delicious homemade trail mix with a sweet maple glaze, perfect for snacking or on-the-go energy boosts.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix almonds, pecans, seeds, and coconut in a large bowl.
Whisk maple syrup, oil, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl, then pour over the nut mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 18-22 minutes, rotating halfway through.
Cool completely, then fold in dried fruit and chocolate chips if using. Store in an airtight container.
