A delicious, high-protein granola that's easy to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Oil and liquids

oil (high oleic sunflower, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil)

maple syrup (or honey)

vanilla
Dry ingredients

whole rolled oats

sliced almonds (or chopped)

chopped walnuts (or pecans)

plain protein powder
((animal or plant-based))

sunflower seeds (roasted or raw)

flax seeds (ground or whole)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone.
Mix oil, syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Add oats, nuts, seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon; stir until evenly coated.
Spread mixture on the baking sheet and press into an even layer.
Bake for 24-26 minutes, rotating halfway; cool on a rack for 1 hour before breaking into chunks.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a month at room temperature.
