Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

Seafood

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Dairy

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream; season with salt and pepper, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Combine pasta with shrimp and sauce, toss gently.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
