Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lemons lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip salmon, add garlic and lemon zest, squeeze lemon juice, cook 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
