A simple and delicious keto-friendly fudge that combines rich dark chocolate with nuts for a satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated Stevia (or keto sweetener of choice)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 9 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips (e.g., Lily’s)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions 

  • Line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine heavy cream, butter, and sweetener in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
  • Pour into the pan, top with nuts, and press gently.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set, then cut into squares.
