This quick and creamy cauliflower mash is a perfect low-carb alternative to traditional mashed potatoes, ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 3/4 tsp Sea salt

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, minced garlic, olive oil, butter, cream cheese, and salt.
