Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rice flour

nonfat Greek yogurt

Olive oil spray
Instructions
Mix rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
Divide into 2–3 balls and flatten.
Preheat pan, spray with olive oil, and cook each flatbread 3–5 minutes per side.
Serve warm.
Notes
