Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

  • Olive oil spray

Instructions 

  • Mix rice flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide into 2–3 balls and flatten.
  • Preheat pan, spray with olive oil, and cook each flatbread 3–5 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Use a nonstick pan for best results and avoid over-flattening the dough.
